To enable us to process a guarantee claim, please ensure you provide us with the following information to avoid any unnecessary delay:

• Proof of Purchase (please attach to email)
• Photographs showing full product and detail shots showing problem

We have devised a self-help section which will enable our customers to diagnose certain product issues themselves allowing for the correct component(s) to be ordered from Central Services:

MY TAP IS DRIPPING FROM THE END OF THE SPOUT/THE HANDLE:
Replacement Valves/Cartridge is required. If you know the model of your Tap you can search for it in our Web Shop and place the order.
If you are unsure of the Model please send an image to ks-ukcentralservices.gb@franke.com and request identification.

MY TAP IS LEAKING FROM THE BASE OF THE SPOUT:
A replacement O-Ring Kit is required. If you know the model of your Tap you can search for it in our Web Shop and place the order.
