The business relationship between Franke (Shanghai) Trade Co.,Ltd (hereinafter FRANKE) and the B2B-Customer for the sale of products and additional services (if contractually agreed) is governed ex-clusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) in the version valid at the time of the respective purchase order by Customer.
