General Sales Terms and Conditions

The business relationship between Franke Japan Inc. (hereinafter FRANKE) and the B2B-Customer for the sale of products and additional services (if contractually agreed) is governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) in the version valid at the time of the respective purchase order by Customer.
