Following the unexpected passing of Alexander Pieper, who had served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Franke Holding AG, Michael Pieper assumes the chairmanship ad interim.
At the extraordinary General Meeting on July 2, 2026, Jonas Theiler was elected to the Board of Directors. In the subsequent constitutive meeting, the Board appointed him Vice Chairman.
Jonas Theiler (44) has been with the Artemis Group since 2021 and became a member of the Executive Board in April 2023. Prior to that, he worked in the automotive and financial industries. In his role at Artemis Asset Management Group, he oversees the Financial Investments and Private Participations areas.
