With the age‑related retirement of Dr. Michael Reinhard, who had served on the Board of Directors for seven years, Franke Holding AG is making a change to the Board. As of March 19, 2026, Sabine Krauss has been newly elected to the Board of Directors and will simultaneously take a seat on the HR Committee.
Sabine Krauss brings more than 20 years of international experience in Human Resources, business transformation, and leadership development. She spent around ten years as Chief HR Officer at Hilti AG and previously held global leadership roles at Hewlett Packard. Since 2024, she has been active as a non‑executive board member, transformation advisor, and executive mentor. She holds a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology.
