Talent management and career development

To help our people achieve their career aspirations, we develop individualised career paths and seek to promote from within the Group wherever possible. In 2025, we recorded 357 promotions, raising our internal job placement rate to 29 %, up from 20 % in 2024.

Training and development programs

The Franke Academy is the home of our learning and development offerings. It supports our employees at each stage of their careers through a range of in-person and virtual training.

Programs include Leadership Development training across four levels, the One Franke Talent Program, Project Management training, Commercial Excellence training, LinkedIn Learning, Language courses, and Business Coaching. 

We encourage our office-based employees to spend time each week expanding their knowledge through LinkedIn Learning. During the year, employees spent over 5,800 hours on LinkedIn courses, spurred on by our annual LinkedIn Learning Competition.

Investing in the next generation of talent

Designed for graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience, the GEC program provides real responsibility and continuous learning for young professionals to help them build strong career foundations. Supported by individual coaching and mentorship, the focus of the GEC program is on practical on-the-job learning with additional exposure to senior leadership.
