Benoît D. Ludwig is resigning as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Artemis Holding AG by the end of 2023 in order to pursue retirement. He has been a member of the Board since 2010 and was Vice Chairman from 2016 to 2020 before being appointed Chairman in 2020.
Benoît D. Ludwig will be succeeded by Jennifer Maag as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Artemis Holding AG. She is the founder and Managing Partner of Capital Concepts International, a mergers & acquisitions boutique based in Zurich, and has over 30 years of experience in the fields of mergers & acquisitions and auditing. Before founding her company in 1999, the 54-year-old worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Deloitte & Touche in Zurich and Munich. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Kardex and Weidmann and was recently nominated for election to the Board of Directors of Rieter. Jennifer Maag holds a degree in Political Economies from the University of California, Berkeley, and passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination in 1994.
