Introducing the Franke Hospitality Group

A New Foodservice Customer Group

We're excited to introduce the Franke Hospitality Group, a dedicated team focused on helping hospitality operators simplify projects, improve operational consistency and create exceptional guest experiences.

For more than 50 years, Franke Foodservice Systems has partnered with some of the world's leading foodservice brands, delivering innovative equipment, customized solutions and ongoing support. Now, we're bringing that same expertise to hospitality customers through a team dedicated to understanding the unique needs of hotels, restaurants, event venues and other hospitality operations.

Hospitality operators face increasing pressure to do more with fewer resources while maintaining the high standards their guests expect. The Franke Hospitality Group was created to meet those challenges by providing customers with a single partner backed by our global resources, engineering expertise and decades of operational experience.

Whether supporting a single-property renovation or a multi-location rollout, this team helps customers navigate every stage of the project, from planning and equipment selection to implementation, service and long-term support.

Doreen Custodio

Hospitality Sales Manager

Focus Areas: Corporate Contract Foodservice, Private Education With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Doreen has held sales leadership roles at TriMark USA and East Bay, most recently serving as a Senior Account Executive.

Jason Sem

Hospitality Sales Manager

Focus Areas: Luxury Hotels, Boutique Hotels, Country Clubs, Fine Dining, Independent Restaurants and Restaurant Groups Jason has built his career across hotel operations, country club management and foodservice sales. Before joining Franke, he spent 22 years with TriMark RW Smith as a Senior Business Development Manager, following hospitality leadership roles at Oakmont Country Club and Grand Hyatt San Francisco.

John Skaggs

Hospitality Sales Manager

Focus Areas: High-End Luxury Hotels, Boutique Hotels, Fine Dining, Independent Restaurants, Restaurant Groups and Regional Foodservice Chains John brings 25 years of experience with Trimark Economy as an Account Executive, complemented by 25 years as an Executive Chef. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco, bringing extensive culinary and hospitality expertise to his role.

Nicole Coppolla

Hospitality Sales Manager

Focus Areas: Quick-Service Restaurants, Fast Casual, Convenience Retail and Multi-Unit Restaurant Brands Nicole brings over 14 years of experience with Trimark USA (Chef’s Toys/R.W. Smith) as an Account Executive specializing in National Accounts. She also brings additional experience in purchasing with Lit Refrigeration and accounting/payroll with Intedge Manufacturing, providing a well-rounded background across sales, operations, and business support.

Focus Areas: Wedding & Event Venues, Luxury Hotels, Boutique Hotels, Fine Dining and Restaurant Groups Yesenia brings 10 years of experience with Trimark USA and R.W. Smith as an Account Executive. She offers extensive expertise in customer relationships, sales, and the foodservice industry.

Tammy Pham

Hospitality Sales Manager

Focus Areas: Emerging Restaurant Brands, Established Restaurant Brands and Regional Restaurant Chains Tammy brings nearly 13 years of experience with Trimark USA, progressing through roles as an Assistant Sales Representative and Sales Representative. She offers a well-rounded background in customer service, sales support, and building strong client relationships within the foodservice industry.
