Meet Teresa working in China

Teresa sees herself as both a facilitator and a brand ambassador. She assists our leaders and people in understanding and embodying our culture because, at Franke, we believe that creating a competitive advantage stems from our shared culture and behaviors.

I am Teresa and I have been with Franke since January 2017, as part of the HR team. Although my job title has not changed, the role remains exciting due to the constant changes and new initiatives that require fresh approaches each year. For me, it’s about making the position meaningful in a dynamic environment.

I am focused on people due to the nature of my role, which can be both challenging and exciting since individuals are complex and diverse.  My role is meaningful because it involves promoting Franke’s brand and values by being an innovator and a facilitator; as an innovator, I enhance the employee experience by creating fulfilling roles and environments; and as a facilitator, I empower leaders and teams to understand our culture and drive results through guided support and conversation.

What motivates me every day is the strong sense of belonging to the people and the organization. I appreciate the freedom to make own decisions and contribute to the company's goals. The continuous learning opportunities at Franke also keep me developing, fuelling my passion for the work I do.
