All radius coved bowl corners are easy to clean and there are no cracks or seams for bacteria to grow in. 16 gauge (1.8 mm), type 304 (CNS 18/10) stainless steel. Polished to a #4 satin finish. Finished with a rolled rim. Stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable feet for leveling. Waste fitting included. Certified to ASME A112.19.3-2008 / CSA B45.4-08, NSF 2.
