Franke’s Code of Conduct (the “Code”) was updated in 2019 and applied to all Franke employees worldwide. Franke employees commit themselves to observe the highest ethical standards of professional and personal conduct in their dealings with customers, colleagues, business partners, competitors, regulators, and the communities in which Franke operates. The Code sets out our commitments to respect and comply with all applicable laws and regulations and support international human rights and basic labor regulations such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
