Berlijn, een plek waar verschillende werelden in harmonie samenleven, verveelt nooit en verandert voortdurend. De Duitse hoofdstad is geliefd bij zowel inwoners als toeristen vanwege de fascinerende mix van architectuur, culturele hotspots, eindeloze uitgaansmogelijkheden en nog veel meer! Het is een bron van constante inspiratie, waar veel creatieven samenkomen om de grenzen van zelfexpressie te verleggen. Wij zochten een Berlijnse inwoner op om uit te vinden hoe hij zijn artistieke karakter verwerkt in een prachtig huis.

Dit is Josef, een 36-jarige geluidstechnicus en platenproducer. Na zijn afstuderen aan de Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlijn maakte hij van zijn passie voor muziek zijn beroep. Vanaf het terras van zijn loft-appartement in het stadsdeel Mitte, geniet hij graag van het uitzicht op Berlijns iconische skyline die hem inspiratie geeft. Als hij niet bezig is met het finetunen van een sound, kookt hij graag voor zijn dochter, vrienden en soms ook zijn klanten.

Een caleidoscoop van beelden en geluiden

Berlijn heeft een speciale vibe die onmiskenbaar uniek en altijd fascinerend is. Van het chique Charlottenburg tot de hippe kunstscène van Kreuzberg, er is hier voor ieder wat wils - als je maar nieuwsgierig blijft. Als een van 's werelds toonaangevende designhoofdsteden is Berlijn een steeds veranderende smeltkroes van stijlvolle expressie.

Josefs droomhuis

Als creatieveling in de muziekindustrie - die vaak vanuit huis werkt - wilde Josef een ruimte waarin hij zich geïnspireerd en op zijn gemak voelt. Deze moeiteloos coole loftwoning is alles wat een Berlijnse trendsetter nodig heeft: licht, ruim, stijlvol en comfortabel.

Roestvrij stalen werkbladen en ramen van vloer tot plafond brengen een gevoel van industriële stijl naar deze loftwoning die vanuit elke hoek indruk maakt. Donkerhouten oppervlakken, samen met zwarte apparatuur met stalen frames, maken de inrichting compleet die ideaal is om vrienden te ontvangen of gewoon te genieten van het uitzicht na een dag hard werken.

Geluidstechnicus

Als hij niet aan het werk is, entertaint Josef graag zijn gasten, dus de open keuken was een must. Of het nu gaat om een borrel op het terras of een gezamenlijk diner, hij heeft alles wat hij nodig heeft (en meer) om zijn gasten versteld te doen staan.
