Rifat was driven by a strong connection to Franke and its extensive network, while valuing the opportunities and individual recognition Franke offers.
I am Rifat and I started my career in Franke in 2002 as a factory employee to finance my studies, and by 2005 I was already leading a team. Over the past 20 years, I have held seven positions and today, I am a manager.
In my role, my main goal is to manage and plan production while improving key performance indicators. Every day is different and brings new challenges, whether they are related to quality issues with the machines or personnel topics within the team, and solving challenges is what I enjoy most about my job.
My motivation comes from a deep identification with the company and a large network I have built in over 20 years, which helps me solve problems quickly and learn from various departments. Witnessing continuous improvements also keeps me motivated, as well as seeing my team improve, which makes me proud.
I have experienced Franke to be a company of possibilities. It values its employees as individuals – you are not a number here. You have the possibility to make an impact and influence processes, which is not a given in companies of Franke’s size. You have the feeling that opportunities are all around, and you can improve yourself continuously.
If I ever feel that I can no longer improve, contribute to the company or learn anything new, then I know it's time to move on.
