Martin Klöti was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Franke Holding AG on February 29, 2024. This expands the Board to six members. With the nomination of Martin Klöti, Franke is strengthening the Board of Directors with a highly experienced financial expert. Martin Klöti will also act as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Martin Klöti (50) has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Artemis Group since November 2023 and is also a member of the Group Management in this role. He previously worked at the Schweiter Technologies Group for over 20 years. Thereof, he held the position of CFO for about ten years and was a member of the Group Management. Martin Klöti is a qualified auditor and federally certified trustee.
