By partnering with a leading gateway provider, we will meet all credit card compliance requirements while continuing to process your credit card payments safely and securely. As of late January 2022, the below changes will be implemented:
- Our associates will no longer have direct access to your credit card information. Rather, that information will be input and maintained via the Franke web shop portal.
- The payment gateway partner will capture and store all data securely. You can enter information into the web shop with complete confidence.
- If you have new credit card information to share or updates to existing credit card information, you will enter it via the web shop.
- If you do not have new or updated credit card information, no action is necessary.
- We will no longer accept your credit card data during phone calls. We are researching other secure phone options for those who cannot provide credit card information via the web shop.
