Josef's dream home

Stainless steel worktop and floor-to-ceiling windows bring a sense of industrial style to this loft apartment that impresses from every angle. Dark wood surfaces, along with black appliances with steel frame, complete a set-up which is ideal for entertaining friends or simply enjoying the view after a hard day’s work.

Sound Engineer

As a creative in the music industry – who frequently works from home – Josef wanted a space that makes him feel inspired and collected. This effortlessly cool loft apartment is everything a Berlin innovator needs it to be: light, airy, stylish and comfortable.

When he’s not busy working Josef loves to entertain, so the open-plan kitchen was a must. Whether it’s drinks on the terrace or group dinner, he has everything he needs (and more) to wow his visitors.

A kaleidoscope of sights and sounds

Berlin has a special vibe that is unquestionably unique and always intriguing. From the upmarket elegance of Charlottenburg to the edgy art scene of Kreuzberg, there’s something for everyone here – you just need to stay curious.
