Meet Dana working in the USA

Dana experiences an environment where she can truly be herself, bring fresh perspectives and ideas, and feel valued for her contributions. Her voice is heard, appreciated, and rewarded!

My name is Dana, and I joined Franke Coffee Systems in April 2020 as part of the Technical Program Management team in the US. Starting during the pandemic presented unique challenges, including working remotely in manufacturing and relocating from Texas to Tennessee just five months later. Despite these circumstances, I was able to quickly adapt and become thoroughly familiar with my role by immersing myself hands-on.

One of my proudest achievements has been building structure and processes within program management, strengthening the foundation for our team. Franke’s culture stands out for its inclusivity, where everyone’s voice is valued. This has empowered me to share my ideas and leverage my skills to make a meaningful impact.

What inspires me every day is the collaborative and supportive environment at Franke. I experience the power of shared knowledge and mutual respect, particularly during our annual Program Manager summits, which are a great platform for exchanging insights. This trust and openness create a workplace that’s both rewarding and motivating.

One of my most memorable moments was receiving the Coffee Bean Award in 2022, recognizing my dedication and hard work—a milestone that affirmed I was making a difference. Franke is a place where people can truly be themselves, bring fresh perspectives, and feel valued for their contributions. If you are looking for a company that fosters innovation, collaboration, and personal growth, Franke is the place to thrive.
