We have established a national service provider base that will ensure that all product warranty related problems is speedily repaired and to minimize the inconvenience caused by faulty units.

Following the national lockdown announcement by our President to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic facing not only South Africa, but also the world, Franke wishes to advise you that we will be on a complete shutdown commencing at the close of business on Thursday 26 March 2020.

We plan to open on the 17 April but will continue to monitor the situation and follow the government's guidance and instructions regarding this matter.

We urge every citizen to adhere to the government's instructions to help reduce the risk we are all facing.
