We have established a national service provider base that will ensure that all product warranty related problems is speedily repaired and to minimize the inconvenience caused by faulty units.

We at Franke South Africa are pleased to advise we have resumed operations under Level 4 lockdown, in accordance with the requirements stipulated by Government.

As per South Africa coronavirus lockdown regulations, Franke will phase in operations and at present are not operating at full capacity. As such there may be delays on some order deliveries and services. We appreciate your understanding, patience and support in this regard.
