The wonderful feel of a stainless steel sink
Stainless steel is the material most frequently used for sinks, and the most popular countertop for commercial kitchens. As one of the world's largest buyers of stainless steel for kitchens, we have perfected its evolution over decades to bring you unique quality.
Durable and naturally hygienic, stainless steel is a natural choice for commercial applications including restaurants. With a range of attributes, it’s the most frequently used material for kitchen sinks.
• corrosion-proof: premium quality chrome nickel steel makes sinks highly resistant to staining, rust and corrosion
• pore-free: naturally hygienic, it doesn’t harbor bacteria
• self-regenerating: stainless steel surfaces develop a passive protective layer that continuously renews, so your sink is easy to clean and care for
• durable: temperature and acid resistant
• environmentally-friendly: 100% recyclable
• Franke stainless steel is unique
There’s stainless steel and then there’s Franke stainless steel. The alloy used by Franke is the result of an evolution that began in 1930. Franke stainless steel sinks are made from premium quality chrome nickel steel giving them stunning beauty while making them highly resistant to staining, rust and corrosion and providing maximum durability. The steel is composed of 17-18% chromium for shine and rust resistance and adds extra corrosion protection.
And this means...
You can rely on a rust, heat and acid resistant, impact resilient sink. One that is also absolutely hygienic and easy to clean thanks to its pore-free surface.
