Thanks to the excellent quality and functionality as well as the unique design of the products of Franke Water Systems, important construction projects can be implemented all around the world. We would like to briefly show you some of our completed construction projects.
Modern comfort concept for daily school life
In a picturesque setting above the Upper Bavarian community of Murnau am Staffelsee, visitors can discover a collection of buildings that uniquely reflects the cubic architecture trend. The chosen concept bears the hallmark of renowned architectural firm Harter & Kanzler, based in Freiburg Germany). Clear contours enclosed in a warm wooden design, which is spaciously and openly designed, with an expansive view over the impressive scenery of the mountainous Alpine landscape. The Staatliche Realschule in Murnau was founded in 2010 and expanded in two construction stages at the end of 2016. Franke contributed with the plumbing work involved in the expansion, providing fitting elements that are optimally designed for extremely heavy use during term time and comply with the high standards of hygiene imposed on public buildings.
A success from the start
In Potsdam, the capital of Brandenburg (Germany), the blu sport and leisure pool, designed by architects from gmp, offers athletes, families and holidaymakers the chance to get moving or simply relax – in, on or by the water. With an incredibly future-oriented operating concept and an intelligent technological plumbing design, these facilities are a true world of experiences, based around three key ideas: Cost-efficiency, sustainability and hygiene safety.
Translating complex issues into innovative solutions
A project where high demands are made in the field of hygiene, ease of use and maintenance. Franke Water Systems is pleased with it’s recent collaboration with Civiele Technieken deBoer in the Netherlands.
The conversion of the Kongresshotel Arte in Olten took two months. Working with the architect's office Ligno in-Raum AG from Emmen, the developer realised a unique room concept. As the name of the hotel implies, art plays an important role.
Transparency, lightness and amber-coloured lighting - these are the properties that characterise the identity of the new football arena with which Danzig continues its famous city history. The arena is the flagship of the successful bid by Poland for the European Football Championship in 2012. Like pieces of amber, the stadium, shopping facilities; and a hotel make up a formation as can be found on a beach. The envelope of the arena is made up of various coloured modules which create a fascinating homogeneous colour sequence. Looking upwards, they grow increasingly transparent and keep the playing field virtually free of shadow. The sports arena was designed by the well-known Düsseldorf architect*s office RKW Rhode | Kellermann | Wawrowsky.
