Our after sales service is designed to dispense with any red-tape associated with ordering Franke spare parts and resolving any problems. In short, we want to make your life as easy as possible.
How it works
More in Store membership has its privileges. No more calling up Franke service agents and having to provide receipts and proof of purchase if you have a problem with a Franke product that is covered under our guarantee. As a More in Store member, simply call our service agents and a replacement part will be sent straight away – no quibbles, no delays and no time wasted.
For Franke taps, the guarantee lasts for five years on the valves and one year on the external finish (5 years for Porfolio 55 Collection and Solid Stainless Steel Taps) - providing cleaning and maintenance instructions provided have been adhered to. Please refer to the Installation Instructions which are enclosed with all Franke taps. The guarantee on Minerva is 2 years, and the Omni is 3 years. The guarantee on all Franke sinks is 50 years against any manufacturing defect.
So... whenever you have a problem or need a replacement part, just call one of our service centres listed below and state that you are a More in Store member.

If your product has been damaged during transport you will need to contact the relevant distributor to arrange a replacement.
Terms and Conditions
If the item is damaged on delivery from the distributor, standard processes apply. Frequency, value and type of issue will be monitored and regulated. Franke reserve the right to amend or remove the offer. The decision of Franke UK is final.
