Feminine, retro-chic in South London

This stylish blush pink kitchen, designed by Presenter/ DJ Ashley James for her South London home, is reminiscent of a 1970’s film set brought bang up to date.  Featuring pink cabinetry and wooden shelving sourced from Hogwood House and combined with white quartz worktops and floral wallpaper, Ashley has created a retro-chic kitchen that is both feminine and functional.

Vintage touches combine perfectly with modern fittings and accessories, such as the mid-century Hornsea Pottery that contrast with the brass metallic accents seen on the Buster & Punch cabinet handles and Franke instant boiling water tap.

The kitchen is as practical as it is stylish - the instant boiling water tap with built-in filtration replaces the kettle to free up space on the worktops, speeds up meal prep and eliminates the need to buy plastic bottled water, while the white Fragranite undermount sink, which blends seamlessly with the quartz worktops, is a hygienic and hardwearing choice.
