Considering this, we have devised a self-help section which will enable our customers to diagnose certain product issues themselves allowing for the correct component(s) to be ordered from Central Services:
MY TAP IS DRIPPING FROM THE END OF THE SPOUT/THE HANDLE:
Replacement Valves/Cartridge is required. If you know the model of your Tap you can search for it in our Web Shop and place the order.

MY TAP IS LEAKING FROM THE BASE OF THE SPOUT:
