Franke has launched a new UK-wide dedicated repair team covering boiling water taps, hoods and waste disposal units. The full-time, fully qualified team are part of our Consumer Care department and will respond to any issues with relevant products, whether they are in or out of guarantee. The service is only chargeable for products that are not covered under the Franke guarantee.
Franke products are built to last using the finest quality materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques but we accept that from time-to-time, things may go wrong. That’s why we are one of the first sink and tap manufacturers to provide a repair service for boiling water taps, hoods and WDUs with a dedicated team that are out in the field.
