''One of my greatest learning experiences in my eight-year career at Franke so far, was being a part of the Global Operations Team of Foodservice Systems. We created an extraordinary team culture and challenged the status quo, setting high expectations, and learning so much from each other. Through my participation in challenging global projects, I have come to fully appreciate how diversity is a major contributor to creativity.

Through selecting key leaders working in different areas of our manufacturing locations, we were able to optimize their levels of expertise to significantly improve our business by implementing their best practices in our factories. ''See the world, one step at a time! When I started at Franke in 1988, I began in field sales, where I got just a taste of how action-packed, and expansive my career with Franke would turn out to be. I visited 36 states in the US, and after a few years of sales, I realized I had found my passion. I loved being a solutions provider for my customers. Soon I wanted to test myself in a more challenging environment, so I proposed that I use my skills to help Franke globally. Less than six months later, I was living in Dubai and supporting Franke's Resupply business in more than 15 countries.

Thereafter, I worked as Director of Sales for Franke Foodservice in Europe and in China. I even enjoyed a short assignment in Australia to develop new business opportunities with global customers. My career with Franke has taken me around the world and I have been lucky enough to discover new cultures, meeting some of the hardest working individuals I have ever met, and quickly learning to adapt myself to new situations. I have embraced every opportunity to travel to new places for Franke, and to summarize - I have lived in 5 countries and visited 45 far! Now based in the US, my role as Sr. Director, Large Global Account allows me to continually deliver the Franke values to this key customer.''

''I started my career with Franke in 2007 as the Kaizen Promotional Officer at the Foodservice manufacturing location in Fayetteville, TN. In 2011, I became the Director of Continuous Improvement, expanding into global responsibilities.

My degree is in Engineering, my specialty is in Lean Manufacturing. Yet, through the years in working for Franke, I have discovered my natural talent lies in Project Management and team facilitation. There have been many opportunities to lead teams on special projects and I have really grown through these opportunities.

My passion is the Franke value, ''Foster teamwork''. In early 2011, while still working at our manufacturing location, I was able to witness an excellent example of teamwork. We were working with a customer on the design of a new piece of equipment. Several design changes had been made on the customer's side and our team had an urgent deadline to launch the project into manufacturing. Without receiving the finalized design, we had to push ahead and prepare for production launch. Our team worked aggressively and launched the product into manufacturing in 16 days! I can honestly say that I have never worked with such a hardworking and bright group of people. I love what I do!''
