Pasta With Ham And Cheese

90 gr Butter

90 gr Cooked ham

80 gr Fontina cheese

15 gr Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

80 gr Gruyere

90 gr Mozzarella

400 gr Tagliolini (pasta)

Step 1

Cut the ham and the three different cheeses into cubes and add to a saucepan along with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 2

Add the butter in small pieces and cook in a water bath over low heat. Keep stirring until the cheese has melted.

Step 3

Remove from heat, add salt, pepper and flavor with nutmeg.

Step 4

Cook the noodles until al dente. Drain and toss with the sauce and then pour into a glass baking dish. Place in oven.
