300 gr All purpose flour
20 gr Brewer's yeast
60 gr Butter
2 Eggs
350 gr Milk
5 gr Olive oil
120 gr Sugar
Orange and lemon zest
Orange flower water
Salt
Soften the butter and mix with the sugar in a bowl. Add the salt and oil, then the flour and raising agent, followed by the eggs, one at a time. Stir until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the citrus zest, milk and orange flower water. Blend the mixture gently, and form a circle with it. Leave to rest for an hour in an oven dish.
