450 gr Chestnut flour
190 gr Milk
40 gr Olive oil
50 gr Pine nuts
150 gr Raisins
Wash the raisins and let them soak in water for fifteen minutes. Drain well and carefully squeeze them to get rid of excess water.
Sift the chestnut flour into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pour in the milk while stirring with a spoon. Continue until you have a soft dough
Coat a rectangular baking dish with some olive oil and pour in the batter. Sprinkle with fennel seeds, raisins and pine nuts and drizzle a little olive oil over it. Put in oven.
