450 gr All purpose flour
150 gr Butter
125 gr Milk
10 gr Raising flour
100 gr Sugar
Take the butter out of the fridge to soften. Put in a bowl, add sugar and knead it for a long time until it becomes a foamy mixture.
At this point add the eggs, one at a time, all the while stirring thoroughly, then add the sifted flour and finally the yeast dissolved in milk and a pinch of vanillin and salt.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin and place in oven.
