500 gr Apples
2 Eggs
100 gr Flour
1 Lemon zest
55 gr Milk
1 sachet Raising flour
80 gr Sugar
140 gr Whipped cream
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the flour a little at a time with a few drops of milk to keep the mixture soft. Mix in the raising flour dissolved in half a glass of warm milk, the grated lemon zest and then finally the whisked egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a buttered oven dish and arrange the peeled thinly sliced apples on top. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with a few knobs of butter then place in the oven.
When cooled, cover evenly with a layer of whipped cream.
