Stuffed Anchovies

Ingredients

600 gr Anchovies

100 gr Black olives

45 gr Capers

40 gr Tomatoes

  Salt and Pepper

  Vinegar

  Parsley

  Oregano

  Olive oil

  Garlic

  Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Clean the anchovies and cover with oil, adding a few drops of vinegar and a little salt.

Step 2

Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley, tomatoes and chopped garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour on enough oil to soak the bread, a tablespoon of vinegar then mix well.

Step 3

Place the anchovies in an oiled oven dish and top each anchovy with plenty of stuffing, then cover with another anchovy. Spray with a little oil and salt and place in the oven.
