Bass En Papillote With Potatoes

Ingredients for 4 people

40 gr Cherry tomatoes

490 gr Cleaned and descaled bass

320 gr Potatoes

Fennel flower

Olive oil


Salt and Pepper


Step 1

Place the bass on a lightly dampened sheet of baking paper, surround with the peeled potatoes and the tomatoes; season with a little salt and add a few peppercorns, sliced onions and the fennel, also placing some inside the fish.

Step 2

Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil and then seal up the baking paper well. Lay the bass in an oven dish and place in the oven.

For the single recipe place the dish on level 2
