50 gr Corn or peanut oil

3 Eggs

180 gr Flour

10 gr Raising agent

100 gr Raisins

150 gr Sugar

100 gr Yogurt

  Lemon zest



Step 1

Pour the flour into a bowl and mix in the yogurt. Add the oil, mix, then add the other ingredients and mix well with a spoon.

Step 2

Grease and flour a round cake tin and pour in the mixture. Place in the oven.
