Pandolce With Honey

2 Egg white

420 gr Flour

100 gr Honey

100 gr Milk

10 gr Raising agent

150 gr Sugar




Step 1

Place the sugar in a bowl with the vanilla essence and a pinch of cinnamon, mix and dilute with the slightly heated milk.

Step 2

When the mixture is smooth, add the honey and the flour, sifted together with the raising agent.

Step 3

Meanwhile, whisk the egg white till it is stiff.

Step 4

Now mix in the whisked egg white with the dough.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into a greased smooth rectangular cake tin. Place in the oven.
