160 gr Butter
160 gr Lemon marmalade
160 gr Orange marmalade
80 gr Sugar
300 gr White flour
Mix together the flour, softened butter at room temperature, sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt to obtain a soft mixture, then leave to rest in a cool place for around an hour.
Butter and flour a dish, roll out the pastry and line the dish, leaving a little to one side. Spread the orange marmalade in the center and the lemon marmalade around the outside.
Decorate the surface with the remaining pastry, brush with egg yolk and place in the oven.
