The dominant design trend at present in the American kitchen market is "bigger is better". This applies not just for large professional home kitchen units, but also for sinks and fittings. In response to this development, Franke Consumer Products Inc. in Hatfield has introduced "Vision & Magnum" two brand-new, extra large sink lines for the US market.

Its trend-setting design makes a "Magnum" sink the center of attention in the kitchen
The new "Vision" series combines an unusual design particularly noticeable by the elongated corners with high functionality for the retail customer. Further features of this new sink range include the extra-large twin basins. These are mounted under the work surface and their special form means they can be easily integrated into every kitchen design. The "Vision" series consists of the following models: the VNX 160 with 11/2 basins, the VNX 110-37 with 13/4 basins and the extra large model, the VNX 100-45. These three models from Franke should meet the new US trend requirements in terms of size. The elegantly curved design with the 9-inch deep main basin has enough room even for large professional baking trays and pans. Drip trays, which can be set on top of the protruding shoulders on the right and left, are also available as an optional extra.

The new "Vision" series combines an unusual design with high functionality
This allows you to maintain an ergonomic posture as you prepare food. What we term our "kitchen system concept" can be complemented with worktops and draining boards.
A further novelty is the "Magnum" an exceptional sink series, which is Franke's latest product launch on the US market. Its trend-setting design makes a "Magnum" sink the center of attention in the kitchen. The functional worktop combines all the hallmarks of superior Franke design and professional handcraft skills. There are three different models in this series, which are available in 36-inch or 48-inch lengths. With the 48-inch variations, the VNX 720 and PRX 720, the buyer can choose between a slightly curved front, or the traditional straight front with rounded edges. The alternative 36-inch model, GNX 720, on the other hand, is only available with the straight front. However, exceptionally deep basins are not the only exciting features with the "Magnum" series; there are also knife holders and a container for kitchenware built into the worktop further examples of innovative kitchen technology. Additional kitchen elements, such as a worktop unit with a sophisticated sliding surface to move it to one side, a sieve and drip tray, make the "Magnum" sink the perfect operations center for the three phases of work in the kitchen, washing up, preparing food and disposing of food remains. | | | |
