We strongly encourage you to thoroughly research any reseller before making a purchase to ensure that you are getting what you expect. For example, many consumers prefer the service and accessibility afforded by retailers with a showroom or place of business that you can visit if needed. Please make certain that you are purchasing your Franke products(s) from a Authorized Reseller.

ALL Franke Authorized Reseller’s including kitchen and bath showrooms, appliance dealers, and websites should be displaying the following logo(s) and will be listed in our Dealer Locator.

If the reseller is NOT displaying the Authorized Logo and is not listed on our Showroom Locator they are NOT authorized to sell Franke product. Please understand that we can not assist you with any issues resulting from purchases from unauthorized sources. These include freight damage, misrepresented product, buyer’s remorse, installation errors, etc. These issues must be addressed where you purchased the product(s); the products could potentially be counterfeit or unsafe.

Franke is available exclusively at Authorized Resellers nationwide. Our experience tells us most customers prefer a face to face interaction with a local retailer who displays products, provides suggestions and product information, delivery and installation services. Unfortunately there are retailers that do not provide these services who simply offer a product for a price. These businesses often have hidden charges or “fine print” that can also be misleading. Unauthorized resellers bring many frustrations including the lack of someone to talk to if your product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations.
