This manual provides you with the appropriate instructions to install this product correctly, and must be followed in all cases.
This product is a boiling water device intended for domestic kitchen use. This Heating Tank is equipped with a copper vessel and is suitable for water pressure up to 6 bar.
Heating Tank dimensions:
L550 x W 211 x D 142mm, and requires a minimum 600mm standard cabinet.
Check the contents of the box to ensure it is complete. Before starting you should check the components yourself for damage. If the mains lead is damaged it must be replaced at once by the manufacturer or their service agents. This is to avoid any hazardous situations.

This product must be installed in accordance with the manual by a qualified installer, ensuring local installation and safety regulations are observed.
- Children or users with a mental disability should not use this tap unless they have received sufficient instructions about the operation of the tap by a person who is responsible for their safety. Children must never play with the appliance.
- As a built-in domestic appliance, this product must be capable of being isolated at any time. If it is to be connected to a wall socket, this should be easily accessible after installation in order to switch the unit off at any time.
- The heater may only be connected to an earthed independent wall socket outlet.
- The maximum consumptive power of the heater is 1500 watts.
- This product must be connected to a mains fused spur.
- Under no circumstances should you lift the Heating Tank by the flexible hoses.
- Always shut off the mains stopcock before starting installation.
- The flexible connecting hoses must not be twisted or kinked once connected.
- NB. The power must not be connected at any time during the installation, until the Heating Tank has been completely filled and vented.
- Always disconnect the power to your Heating Tank before you close your main stopcock. Restore power after you have opened the main stopcock.
If you cannot solve the fault or failure yourself, contact your retailer or the service agent detailed in this manual.


- Always remove the mains lead from the electricity supply.
- Open the boiling water tap until only cold water flows from it.
- Shut off the main stopcock or the stop valve on the inlet Pressure Relief Valve.
- In order to release the pressure in the Heating Tank, the boiling water tap needs to be opened again. Turn it off again once the water stops flowing.
- Disconnect the pipes from the Heating Tank.
- You can now empty the water in the Heating Tank by pouring it out.

- This appliance is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from material and/or manufacturing defects.
Warranty will be valid from the date of purchase shown on the invoice.
- Heating Tank: 2-year warranty (excluding labour and call-out charges).
- Kettle Tap: 2-year warranty (excluding labour and call-out charges).
- This a domestic appliance and the warranty will only be validated if it is used in a domestic environment.

Warranty terms and conditions
- Proof of purchase, showing date of purchase and model number of the appliance, is to be submitted with the warranty claim.
- The appliance must have a data plate stating the model and serial number.
- Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only and which are judged to be such by the manufacturer.
- The appliance is required to be installed, used and maintained exclusively in accordance with the installation and user manuals.
- The appliance may only be employed under the circumstances and conditions of use set out in the installation and user manuals.
- The appliance must not have undergone any modifications in its make-up.
- Warranty does not cover any forms of negligence, improper use or normal wear and tear. Water quality must fall between
the following conditions (refer to your local water supplier):
- pH 7 < pH < 9.5
- Fe < 0.2 mg/l
- Cl < 150 mg/l
- Water hardness must be between 100 and 200 mg/l Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) equivalent.
Use appropriate filter if needed.*
- Warranty will only be valid if an appropriate filter set is fitted to the water supply. Proof of purchase of such filters is to be submitted with a warranty claim.
