Ceiling Hoods

Increasingly the kitchen is becoming the centre piece of the home, so more and more the need for efficient extraction is becoming a prime requirement.
Galaxy Hoods are unobtrusive and efficiently provide all the extraction capabilities required. Two models are available to suit most requirements and typical examples of installation are provided below.
Now there is no need to have a large void above the ceiling as the motor can be integrated elsewhere for a stand alone unit.

The motor for the Galaxy hood can be fitted remotely in a number
of different options, some of which are shown below. Consult your dealer for the most suitable option.

EXAMPLE 1
Offset motor exit by the wall.
This example is for when the motor is situated away from the exterior wall, Minimum height 400mm.

EXAMPLE 3
Integrated motor exit by the ceiling.
This is an example of the hood ducting into the roof void. Minimum height 475mm.

EXAMPLE 5
Offset motor exit by the ceiling.
Installation of the hood in the ceiling void with the motor positioned away on a vertical wall. Minimum height 400mm.

EXAMPLE 2
Integrated motor exit by the wall.
This installation shows the motor integrated onto the hood and ducted out to the side wall. Minimum height 690mm.

EXAMPLE 4
Offset motor exit by the ceiling.
Installation of the hood with the motor detached and positioned on the vertical wall. Minimum height 100mm.
