In the Coffeerama, in depth knowledge about the delightful topic of “Coffee” merges with the technical possibilities of fully automatic coffee machines. Our coffee seminars are geared to those who are new to the world of coffee or want to expand their knowledge of coffee. Seminar attendees will learn what it takes to get from the coffee bean to the perfect espresso in your cup!

The Coffeerama is the heart of the Franke Coffee Competence Center. Seminar participants use our coffee machines to learn what’s important when producing espresso on a fully automatic machine. To do this, lessons on the history of coffee, bean production around the world, roasting and blending are taught. The important role water plays in excellent coffee making is learned as well. During this seminar, participants will roast there own coffee, sample blends from different regions using various methods like french press, turkish and traditional espresso extraction. The sensory table offers you not only visual information but also the opportunity to touch and smell green and roasted beans from around the globe.
