Special technology allows us to do this for EURO and DIN kegs.

The beginning
The keg pool of the customer contained unused 50l kegs. Following changes in market demands, the decision was made to reduce the volume of the existing 50L kegs down to 30L. The desired result is a more user friendly keg making handling much easier.
Process Flow
- Remove the valve
- Separate the keg in two halves
- Trimming and surface finishing of the keg halves into the required volume
- Welding the keg halves
- Re-sizing of the valve to the new length
- Quality check (Pressure test, valve -Service, external Polish)
